Vintage 80s Banana Republic khaki nylon single breasted trench coat with buttons down the front, shoulder epaulettes, storm flaps, and a matching belt at the waist (shown clipped on the model until the final photo). Originally men's, but can work for women as well. The belt has small removable straps on either side to attach it to the belt loops, but this limits the amount you can cinch it - if these straps were removed, you can cinch the belt as tightly as desired.
